The swiss ball adds an element of fun to your exercises! Work on your balance, and core stabilization patterns with this ball routine. The ball encourages you to work evenly left and right sides of body, and helps mobilize restricted areas. Modifications given throughout the class for doing the class without a ball (use a chair instead).
