Really great class with the Swiss Ball..and I even got through the whole program .I get bored with myself so the short programs are perfect at this stage .
I had real difficulties with the roll over but will keep at it .

Glad to hear you enjoyed the class Mary! Don't force the roll over - can prep for it slowly by doing small reverse pelvis curls - press arms down into floor and recruit abdominals to do slight lift of tip of tail, starting the motion of the rollover, but not doing the full motion.
